After reading the help file, I ran scandisk, which found no problems. I also ran chkdsk, but I don't know what to do with the information it gave me. I tried booting from a norton rescue disk but it just gives me a black screen with a cursor. If I push any keys, it tries to boot the floppy again and that's it.

It usually hangs in the black 'F8' screen w/ the progress bar at the bottom that says it is starting windows. The progress bar at the bottom usually goes about 75-80% across when it locks up. The case reset switch has no affect at this point either - I have to power it off. It will not log a bootlog file either.
